Brickhouse Garden is a small enterprise run by a team of three growers, Holly, Sarah and Eva. We all graduated from the Apricot Centre's year-long diploma in Regenerative Land Based Studies in 2023 and operate non-hierarchically as a worker's collective, sharing any profits between us. We have a strong community focussed ethos, we are passionate about providing high quality veg that is affordable to everyone, along with opportunities to visit the garden & connect with food growing, and enjoy being on the land. We value being part of a supportive network of small scale local growers and producers as part of the local sustainable food network. By keeping it local and ecological, we are reclaiming of our food system for food and social justice, responding to the impacts of climate change, and creating positive outcomes for biodiversity. We deliver locally, to reduce food miles for us and our customers, and ensure our ecological footprint is as small as possible.
